Currently, the Department of Medicine, the Department of Pediatrics, the Internal Medicine Residency Program, Department of Family Medicine, and UPMC GME are working together to create a more visible LGBTQIA+ Interest Group/Affinity Group at UPMC. 

The first event will be the LGBTQIA+ Welcome Picnic on Sunday, August 21stat noon at the Overlook Shelter in Schenley Park. All LGBTQIA+ community members and allies are welcome to attend the picnic.
